Here is a first glimpse from UNANCM of what will be the deconfinement of "pleasure boating".

Board members of UNAN CM and FNPAM,
I received a call from Mr. Eric BANEL, head of the South Atlantic DIRM, in return for my solicitation on Monday.
He informed me that all the prefects of the region (department, region and seafront) and the mayors of coastal municipalities had recommended that freedom of navigation be re-authorised as of 11 May and without distance limitation at sea.
On the other hand, only seafarers resident within 100 km of their boat will be allowed to join it and strict compliance with health rules will be imposed both on land and at sea (hence the importance of the guide to good practice being prepared by the NPC).
This recommendation is subject to the government's agreement and an order should be issued either tomorrow or Thursday to record this decision.
Taking into account the fact that neither access to beaches, nor the practice of light sailing, nor professional leisure navigation (charters, tourist shuttles) should be included in this authorization, it is necessary to remain prudent until the publication of the decrees concerned.
With kind regards
